What is KinPay?

KinPay pays bills directly for your family — electricity (prepaid & postpaid), data/airtime, and school fees — and sends official receipts to you and your family.

Where do you operate and what can I pay?

Today we support families in Nigeria: prepaid/postpaid electricity, data/airtime, and school fees for universities & select schools with online portals. More coverage is coming.

Currencies & pricing

We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Use the currency toggle to view prices; Stripe will charge you in the selected or local currency at checkout.

What happens if exchange rates or prices change in Nigeria?

KinPay plans are priced in USD/GBP/EUR, so you always know what you’ll pay. We review plan coverage amounts regularly to make sure they still meet typical household needs. If we ever adjust the Naira amounts included, we’ll update our site and let you know before your next billing cycle.

How fast are payments?

Airtime/data top-ups and prepaid electricity are typically instant. Postpaid electricity is applied by the provider and can take 24–48 hours to post. School fees timing depends on the school’s portal.

Do I get proof of payment?

Yes. We send an official receipt (or token for prepaid) to you and your family every time.

Can I add more than one phone number?

Not yet — each plan covers one household line for airtime/data, so you’ll need to choose the number your family uses most. We’ll be expanding to support multiple lines soon based on feedback.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are generally final once processed, but we’ll review errors or duplicate charges within 7 days. Email support@kinpay.io. See our Terms for details.
